Old documentation of @eo-sdk/core

Hi,

the documentation under https://client-api.enaio.org/ is currently quite outdated. There is the documentation for 5.8.1 which is 3 month old. The newest version as of today is 5.12.1. Perhaps its feasible to include the site update in the CI/CD pipeline (hudson?) to avoid some tedious handiwork.

In my opinion its useful to have an actual changelog. The current states "This is the initial documentation of the client api and therefore no changes can be reported."

Our build process for this documentation is currently broken and we are trying to fix this.
