New URL since version 7.0

Question

Hi,

since version 7.0 the url for calling the client or the management studio changed ("enaio" -> "app").
Is this a configurable setting? We have a customer where a lot of links are shared and saved in other systems and documents and we will avoid to change all these things.
Our target is to not change the URLs when updating to version 7.0 or higher.

Hello Mathias,

it is not configurable out-of-the-box but you can achieve it by adding a second clientservice and configuring it as described here: https://help.optimal-systems.com/yuuvis_develop/display/onpremise/Adding a second subdomain to the yuuvis RAD client

Attention: It requires manual actions after every update of the service-manager.

I followed the description and created an additional clientservice. I now have the problem that the wrong HTML file is taken by the service when calling the address of the server and then the routing is incorrect and directs me to <gateway>/app/client/enaio/client
I could solve it by adapting the original index.html. For me the solution is ok but maybe others will face issues when more than one subdomain should work.

maybe you missed to set the "enaio" profile to the second client-service? Please check again if you did all steps exactly as described.
