Customize HTML-Templates (Subscription & Follow up)

Hi OS-Team & Community,

is it possible to customize the Mail-Templates which are used to style the "follow-up" and "subscription" info-Mail? If so, where can i find these templates?

Hi Martin,

no, currently there is no template that can be configured by customers. But we got the same Change Request and we are analysing whether to offer such an feature within version 6.x but can't promise something yet.
