View My Processes & Inbox

Question

Hi all,

I have a few questions about the My Processes and Inbox views.

Inbox: In the filter options, I can filter by indexdata. Every time, when the site is refreshing, I lose the focus and have to place the cursor again in the filter field. For end users, the filter is unusable if the user has to set the cursor again when the filter is applied.

My Processes: If multiple process owners are set in the designer, the processes are displayed multiple times. The selection then does not work correctly. Is this a bug?

Another question to this view: Can a filter for indexdata such as in inbox be added?

Tested in versions 6.0 & 6.2

Hi Mathias,

yes, both are bugs. The first one is fixed with version 6.4.
Please, can you report the other one to our support?

oh, sorry, there was another question:

No, the user can't  add more filters than the given ones. But you may also request for a concrete change here via pm[at]optimal-systems.de
