How to reference the current user in view conditons

Question

We would like to have a folder with personnel data where normal employees can only see their own data.
On the object we have an ID field with the user. How can we use this in a view condition.

As described on the page, you cannot have dynamic conditions on any availability or view right since they are statically pre-calculated. For the other types it is possible.
